We handle the collection of all rents/late fees using an effective and proactive approach.

We handle all service calls, troubleshooting, inquiries and emergencies. Troubleshooting is important, as that helps prevent unnecessary repair expenses. 

Owners and Tenants have their own secure online account to review their financials and documents. 

Rent proceeds are paid to the Owner by Electronic Funds Transfer; Tenants can also pay their rent online and submit maintenance requests online. 

Tenants thoroughly screened with a criminal background check, credit history report with score, employment/income verification and landlord reference(s) as needed.   We are trying to put the best people we possibly can in your home.
